      For each year, there have be much different of the number between vacant job position and unemployed people, but less people have been hired. Also some company must passed a long waste time until they can find just a usable person for their vacant job position. What will be happened if this situation still goes on? Some company never run perfectly, just because they never have some good person to hire or some perfect employee have never been known by that company
